Our investment process

The Private Equity program is structured into four business verticals: Primary Funds, Co-investments, Direct Ventures and Secondaries. The Funds vertical serves as the main pipeline where GP relationships are developed and leveraged to drive Co-investments alongside our relationship GP’s (fee-free, carry-free). Likewise, the Secondaries program also benefits, leveraging their relationships in the market to access value-accretive opportunities. Our Direct Ventures team sources specific earlier stage deals largely centered on the energy transition and biodiversity. Together, these components form a strong platform to create sustainable value for our clients over the long term.
